The fact of the matter is that most clients employ very intelligent people, but that is not to say they are equally capable of thinking as deep or as imaginatively as required to address the pressing needs of the company; ‘knitting the fog’ after all, is a rare commodity.
For that reason whilst of course we are in a sense ‘consultants’, we are more than that – we are advisors that stay with the client from, inquest, insight, review, task planning and when this is all done we will stay with the teams to help them ‘co –create’ and take complete ownership of the solutions.
